Because our teas are sold through Amazon.com, returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under its standard returns policy.

How to request a return or refund

• Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account.
• Select your Thai Corner order and choose Return or replace items, or Problem with order.
• Follow Amazon’s instructions. Refunds are issued by Amazon to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your tea arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please report it through Amazon as above. We would also like to hear about it, so feel free to email us at info@thaicorner.org with your Amazon order number and a photo.
